We have one gentle giant great dane on the property already who soaks up all of the love and attention she can manage. A $500 fine will be charged for anyone who does not abide by this request to cover cleaning and any damages. This trending neighborhood has a variety of my favorite Nashville restaurants and coffee shops within a nice walk or a very short car ride. The Loft is a 12-15 min drive to the airport and 6-8min drive to downtown, Broadway, and Nissan Stadium. For folks used to small town life, we like to remind guests that Nashville is a growing city and like any urban neighborhood, this area is in the midst of a gentrification boom. Although we have personally not had any concerns or safety issues at the home (and I lived here for 4 years as a single female), we still like to remind guests to remember lock your car doors, the home doors, and be wise and aware while walking in the neighborhood. This applies to anywhere in Nashville. We want you to have a wonderful time in our beloved city and let nothing spoil it that could be prevented! Luxe Loft is a 12 minute drive to the Nashville Airport (BNA). Uber / Lyft costs to downtown Nashville | Broadway or Nissan Stadium are $8 and an easy 8 minute drive. Broadway features Nashville's infamous honky-tonk scene spotlighting amazing talent the length of the street any night of the week. Also along this street you can find barbecue joints, record stores, and cowboy boot shops and much more! Absolutely NO SMOKING, VAPING, ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES, OR USE OF ANY TOBACCO PRODUCTS in the loft or on the property. A fine of $500 will be charged to cover any cleaning expenses, damages. Smoking areas are available across the street.
