You will want to catch a sunset or just take in the beauty of Lake Tahoe thru the windows. A shared outdoor open space is a nice place to catch the sunset and unwind from the day. The space Take in the view of beautiful Lake Tahoe from the front windows. This condo is a short drive from the Stagecoach or Boulder lifts at Heavenly Ski Resort. After a day spent on the slopes or the nearby hiking trails, take a soak in your private indoor hot tub or visit the community pool and hot tub. *** Tahoe Village POOL/HOT TUB will be CLOSED starting 7/21/2025 thru 12/31/2025. As they construct brand new facilities and clubhouse. *** A 3 story unit welcomes you in, with an inviting living space. Where you can relax by the gas fireplace, watch TV, or enjoy the lake views from the 2 couches. Prepare meals in the well stocked updated open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and a tall dining table that seats 8. The 1st story has 2 bedrooms both have a queen bed with a pillow top mattress cover, and new black out curtains. The 2nd story has a 2nd small living room loft area with a larger tv and lounge style sofa, a small desk, and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 twin beds by the private balcony with room darkening curtains, and a full bathroom(walk in shower) and indoor Hot Tub. 3rd story has 2 futons, a small table and 4 chairs, and smaller TV. The lake views from windows up there is not too shabby! Enjoy a balcony with seating for two, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer as well. Hop on the free shuttle or drive just a few minutes to the Stagecoach or Boulder base areas at Heavenly Ski Resort for access to skiing or summer hiking trails. Looking for some night life or to explore beyond Tahoe Village? Well, you are only a 10 minute drive from world class golfing, water skiing, and relaxing at one of Lake Tahoe’s many beautiful beaches. You are also only a 10 minute drive from the Heavenly Gondola Village where you can enjoy live music and a cold drink in a family-friendly atmosphere or some shopping. There are 4 casinos where you can try your luck, eat, drink, and/or dance. Guest access The entire condo is yours to enjoy. The out door pool and hot tub is located about a 1/4 mile from condo and is shared with other HOA owners and guests. *** Tahoe Village POOL/HOT TUB will be CLOSED starting 7/21/2025 thru 12/31/2025. As they construct brand new facilities and clubhouse. *** You have a private indoor hot tub in the unit. Other things to note This condo is on the 3rd floor of the building, stairs are required (no elevator) and may not be suited for the elderly, those with mobility issues, or groups with very young children. Quiet Hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced. Parking: Unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. A parking permit must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard of the vehicle. The community hot tub and pool is part of the Tahoe Village Association. Please note that I do not have any control if there is a problem and is out of service for any reason . I will not be issuing any refunds if the pool/tub is out of service. Thank you.
