Cottage for 4-6 people on enclosed grounds

Small maisonette of 55 m² designed for optimal comfort for our guests. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Ideal accommodation for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people. Living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. A small private and enclosed terrace for guests, then access to the entire land shared with us, our 2 children and Jupi our beagle. Petanque court, children's games available. The space The land is located in a cul-de-sac, providing a lot of calm and security. Apart from the 4 neighboring houses, there are no cars circulating on the street. The accommodation is located in La Chapelle du Lou du Lac, a small village of 1000 inhabitants. 10 min walk there is a grocery store/bar, a playground for children. From the house starts a walking path that leads to the forest of Montauban. (5 km loop, the forest is 1.5 km away) We are 30 min from Rennes, 30 min from Dinan, 35 min from the Brocéliande forest, 45 min from Saint Malo, 1 hr from Saint Cast le Guildo. For family activities you can go to the Medreac Rail bike (10 min by car) to the Tremelin swimming/tree climbing lake (20 min), to the Brocéliande forest (35 min), to the Bourbansais Zoo (30 min), Cobac Park amusement park (35 min) Other things to note Dogs are welcome in the accommodation, Jupi will be delighted to meet new playmates. The grounds are completely enclosed, no risk of running away! Cats are allowed if they are caged and do not walk alone on the grounds (Jupi could scare them away)
