The space The lower part of the house, where the events are held, has 4 large rooms, a large full kitchen, an outdoor area with wooden tables and chairs/benches, with a landscape design and a large barbecue with an extensive support counter and 2 bathrooms. In addition to the event area itself, there is another bedroom and support/service area in the back, with a refrigerator/freezer and coolers. The front area, which is covered, with capacity for 4 cars, can also be used as a complementary area, creating new independent spaces for events. Guest access Guests will have full access to the downstairs, including the outdoor area, and if needed, rooms/suites can be made available upstairs for use as support during events.
