House - with Kayaks Near Lake Ontario

Well maintained house on a large private lot near boating access to North Sandy Pond and Lake Ontario that is centrally located near several beaches and State Parks (including Sandy Island State Park), the Salmon River, snowmobile trails, and several restaurants and bars! Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy cooking on the grill, sharing smores at the fire pit, playing cornhole, taking out our kayaks and paddleboard, fishing, and playing board games! The space Our house is located on a large wooded double lot right next to North Sandy Pond which has direct boat access to Lake Ontario. It is located on a private road with very friendly neighbors. Sandy Creek is an outdoor lover’s paradise where you can enjoy activities during all four seasons including fishing, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, hiking, swimming, ice fishing, snowmobiling, hunting, and snowshoeing. It is also only 10 minutes away from the Salmon River! The town of Sandy Creek, which is only 5 minutes away, contains several great restaurants and a super market. We have recently renovated the property and it contains new appliances, fresh paint, and a little love! We want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible and in addition to all the normal amenities we also provide homemade cornhole tables, wood for the fire pit, kayaks and paddleboard (with rollers to transport the kayaks on), and plenty of board games. The house contains five total beds, two queens and three twins, all of which have brand new sheets, comforters, and pillows. It also has a large couch that you can sleep on, which provides sleeping for up to eight. Every bed in the house has a night stand or dresser next to it, with a night lamp and charging station. Being so close to the water, the house is usually comfortable, but we do have window air conditioners for those muggy August nights. Dogs are allowed for a small fee. We simply ask that they be kept off the furniture. We will provide you with a welcome booklet prior to your stay that lists recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and tips to make your stay more enjoyable! Our partner lives right down the road so we can provide you with immediate in person assistance if anything unexpected arises during your stay. Please reach out if you have any other questions. Guest access You will have access to the entire house with a couple of closets being the only exceptions. A keypad is located on the side door for your initial entry upon arrival.
