Also suit business people in town. Dining/laptop area to eat/work. Strictly 1 or 2 people. Special arrangement for a third. The space Modern, neat, clean space suitable for a single person, couple or business person in town. (Special arrangement must be made for a third person/child.) Lamps provided for loadshedding or power outages. Short walk on foot (2 minutes)gets you directly onto the beach or drive to the nearby public parking lot. Beautiful sunsets, whale sightings (May- Nov) and dolphin pods. Restaurants and shopping centres are all within a 5 - 30 minute drive from the accomodation. Two medium sized dogs are on the property. They are contained upstairs by two garden gates on either side of the property. Guest access Guests have access to their private bedroom, a short passage leading to a private bathroom (shower, no bath)and private living area, all separate from the main family house above. Situated on ground floor (with sea views) with own entrance. Guests have own key with remote control for motorized gate. Secure parking on premises. Other things to note Medium sized cooler bag with shoulder strap available and ice bricks provided on request for your convenience, ask host. Stock it with your favourite beach treats from the Seaview Spar grocery store (5 minutes away) or Woolworths One Stop (at the Mt Pleasant Engen petrol station), 15 minutes drive away. Two beach towels provided. Hairdryer and mirror in bedroom. Two lamps in bedroom cupboard, in case of power outage. Iron/ironing board on request. Anything else needed, please ask. Own transport recommended. Activities in the nearby and surrounding area includes: Restaurants/coffee shops, Walmer Park and Baywest Mall shopping centres, Sardinia Bay Beach (blue flag status), Maitlands Beach and Maitlands Mines day walks, Kragga Kamma Game Park, Addo Elephant Park (1 hour 30 min), Jeffrey's Bay(45 minutes via N2), Elephant Walk Restaurant, Barnacles Restaurant and Crossways Country Restaurant (30 min) bi monthly outdoor market under the Bluegum trees.
