It is not the whole home. This is a 2 Bedroom Suite with Bathroom/shower, entertainment/movie room, electric movie recliners, Peloton exercise bikes and weight set. Arcade room has 1,500 games on PacMan, Street Fighter full size arcades, fooseball, two shooter electronic basketball, pro outdoor ping pong, Harley Davidson Pool Table, table, many other games available. Full size refrig/freezer, laundry. BBQ Grills, Outdoor furniture, Patio Heaters, we have it all. Just ask and we probably have it for Guest use. Goalrilla Basketball Goal on half court area to play hoops. Disc Golf nearby. Bike Trail from South Bend to Niles Mi just minutes away. Go fishing from the dock. Boats, Ebikes, Kayaks, River Floats, Waverunners available. Just ask. Guest access You will have access to parking for one car in the reserved walkout parking space. The entire Walkout Suite, Patio and BBQ Grilling area as well as the Arcade & Game Garage and Goalrilla BBall court are part of your reservation. Events are not allowed. Family reunions can be reserved by booking entire property lodging for 16+ Guests and special event planning and reservations. Only listed & named guests are allowed on-site at any time. Failure to adhere to House Rules will result in immediate termination of your stay and removal. Other things to note Early arrival and Late Departure can be accomodated for an added fee IF we do not have guests departing and/or arriving same day you are coming and/or going. If you are more than 10 mins early or more than 10 mins late on arrival or departure you will be automatically charged for the early and /or late departure fee and must still leave immediately. Departures over 1 hour shall be charged automatically for 1 days stay and must vacate no later than 1pm so estate can be cleaned prior to next guest's arrival. Luggage can be accomodated.
