A few minutes from Étretat, Fécamp and the Côte d'Albâtre, this is the perfect base for exploring the region. Sheets, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi and private parking are included for a comfortable stay. The space Designed to accommodate two guests, this 30m² detached house combines comfort and modernity. Its open-plan living area, with plenty of windows, offers unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. Thanks to its triple exposure, natural light is present at every moment of the day. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room for sharing convivial moments. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200), while the bathroom is equipped with a large shower and toilet. Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace with a dining table, barbecue and sun loungers. The garden surrounding the house extends this feeling of space and tranquility, with no neighbors overlooking. Here, birdsong replaces the noise of the city for a real relaxing break. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation, your private terrace, garden, and your parking space. We simply ask that you leave the kitchen clean and tidy before your departure (dishes washed, worktop cleaned, and trash removed if necessary). To kick off your stay, we offer you coffee and tea and provide you with some essentials (sugar, oil, toilet paper, etc.). These consumables are provided for the start of your stay and are not replenished during your stay.
