The space With two floors, this house is extremely spacious. There is a huge garden yard, which means there are a lot of play spaces, so you can have fun without even having to go out. This house is great for large groups, especially a few families who want to live together. A perfect holiday house, beautifully furnished, very well equipped and only few minutes to shops. Relax in the large, sunny lounge room / dining room, taking in the view through the extensive windows. The house can fit 16 people. There are 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 This is the master bedroom located at the top level of the house. It has a king size bed, a single bed, an ensuite, a walk-in-robe and excellent garden views. This room can also fit a single bed and a cot, if required. There are also bedside tables and lamps, a sofa chair, a small heater in it. Bedroom 2 This is the upstairs room. It has a king size bed with garden views. There are also fitted robe, bed side tables, lamps, a sofa chair, a small heater in it. Bedroom 3 This room is located at the upstairs of the house. It has a queen size bed, a single bed and garden views. There are also bed side table, lamp, a small heater in it. Bedroom 4 This is the upstairs bedroom. This room has a queen bed, a fitted robe and garden views. There are also bedside table and lamp, a small heater in it. Bedroom 5 This is the downstairs bedroom. This room has 2 single beds. and excellent garden views. There are also bedside table and lamp, a small heater in it. Lounge room: There are 4 lounge areas. One lounge room has one queen sofa bed and a single sofa bed inside. This lounge has one curtain to make the area very private. Another lounge room has a single bed. Bathroom 1: This is en-suite bathroom. It has one huge shower box, two hand basins and toilet inside. This bathroom has one sitting stool and one antique towel rack inside also. Bathroom 2: This is at the upstairs of the house. It has the bathtub, shower box, two hand basins inside. Its toilet is located separately at upstairs. Powder room at the downstairs: This is at the downstairs of the house. It has the hand basin and toilet inside. Separate shower box besides the spa: There is one shower box at the downstairs beside the spa for the convenience. It is only a 5 minutes drive to the centre of Berwick. Central heating at the downstairs and central cooling at the upstairs keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. There are also small heaters in every bedrooms. On all room 1 to room 5 beds, there are also electric heating blankets. PARTIES/EVENTS This property is available for accommodation only. Strictly no parties, functions, event or gatherings of any kind are to be held at the property. The site will be monitored closely and actively to ensure appropriate and respectful use at all times. if there is any evidence of a party being held or any noise noticeable from the street, the Manager of the visitor accommodation will call the guests and advise them to immediately stop the party and noise. If guests do not adhere to that direction or don’t answer their phone, the Manager of the visitor accommodation will visit the property and advise the guests face to face to immediately stop the party and noise. If that direction is ignored, the Manager of the visitor accommodation will contact the Airbnb office directly to ask Airbnb to direct the guests to leave the property. Many thanks for understanding.
