Welcome to this newly built and luxurious cottage in the completely developed area of Idre North Park, also known as Idre Bergsby. Perfect for big family or two families that can sleep smoothly. Here you are close to Idre golf club which is ranked as one of the best golf clubs in northern Sweden. You even have only a 10 minute drive to Idre mountain and Idre Himmelsfjäll for both downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. To Idre village and their range with grocery stores, system companies and restaurants it is 2km. The space The cottage was completed in the autumn of 2022 and is a two-story duplex house of about 140 sqm. Beautifully decorated and with several amenities inviting to a real comfortable stay. You have generous common areas and a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table with room for 10 people. There are four bedrooms of which two are equipped with a double bed and two with bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms with ducsh, one of which is with a sauna that sleeps four. You have a laundry room that is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet. The heart of the house is the large living room! With a ceiling height of 5.5m and a large fireplace, the perfect place to relax is after a day on the ski slope or on the golf course. Big windows that look out on the well-stocked terrace and the view out over the golf course. Guest access 2 bungalows and 2 living rooms, Total sleeps 10, 4 bedrooms : Downstairs - Room 1 x double bed (2), Room 2 x double bed (2) and TV : Upstairs - Room 3 x 2 bunk beds (4) and TV & PS5, Room 4 x 1 vangin bed (2) : Down comforter and pillows but there are 2 couples with 'down alternative' for someone who is allergic to.
