The surplus will have to be paid only in cash as your departure date approaches. 2) *Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property*. 3) *No pets allowed*. 4) On the furniture under the TV is the subdivision's regulation about the common areas and more aspects for a better coexistence. Here are some of the main points: - Clothes (towels, rugs, quilts, swimsuits, sheets, etc.) are NOT allowed on windows, front balconies or common service areas. - The maximum decibels allowed inside homes is 70 and after 11 P.M. it must be 50. - Children under 10 years of age must always be supervised by an adult in the common areas, especially the pool and roads. Failure to do so may result in penalties. - Young people occupying the common areas must behave and use them correctly or otherwise they will be responsible for any damages and reports that arise from the misuse of the facilities. Paying the corresponding penalty. - Alcohol abuse is prohibited inside the palapa even under the supervision of the condominium owner. - *The hours of use of the pools and common areas are: MONDAY TO SUNDAY FROM 6:00 AM. Until 10:30 pm* - The use of glass containers, plates, bottles or glasses in the pool area is prohibited at all times to avoid accidents, for the safety of all users and their families. - Use of shower before using the pool. - It is absolutely forbidden to eat food or drink alcoholic beverages inside the pool and on the edges. - Mandatory use of bathing suits and special water diapers for children and babies. - Garbage must be deposited in a closed bag on the sidewalk that corresponds to the house. *Garbage collection hours are MONDAY TO SATURDAY BEFORE 8:30 am.* If you do not take it out within the established time, it is the user's responsibility to take the bag to the trash containers located outside the subdivision. Leaving trash on the sidewalk is a cause for a warning call. If it is a repetitive behavior, a fine will be charged.
