Other things to note RENTAL AGREEMENT * Guest will receive a Rental Agreement to review and sign prior to their reservation arrival date. PHOTO ID • Photo ID is required prior to checking in the property. SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD • Suite Connect handles all refundable security deposits. We do not apply a charge for Security Deposits. Guest will place a $350 security deposit HOLD on their credit card for possible incidentals on reservations 60 days or less. If no incidents are discovered, the security deposit HOLD is released upon guests check-out and property inspection. For those guests who prefer to not use a credit card, cash platform options are available. Security deposits range from $350 to $1500 depending on the length of stay. PARKING *Vehicle Registration: Your vehicle information will be requested to park inside the parking garage. LUGGAGE HOLDS • We are unable to hold luggage before check-in or after check-out, so please plan accordingly. We are not affiliated with the community management and do not have authority over the community amenities or the amenity availability times. Some amenities may or may not be available. If we are notified about the need for a specific amenity. We will do our best to keep our guests updated as information is received from the community management team. NOTE: The swimming pool is a seasonal amenity. Per our knowledge, the pool normally opens the week of Memorial Day in the month of May and closes for the season after Labor Day.
