The house is located in a quiet place in the picturesque village of Petrovice right at the crossroads of hiking trails that invite you to trips to the surroundings. The house originally from the 30s of the 20th century has been completely renovated and offers all the comforts of a modern home combined with the romance of a stay in the countryside. The house offers 11 beds in 3 bedrooms (2+4+3 beds) and a living room (2 beds). There is also a baby cot. The space The house has two floors with a total area of about 180 m2. On the first floor you will find a hallway with a corridor, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine and a separate toilet. From the living room there is also a doorway to the sunny terrace with seating and barbecue. The second floor consists of 3 rooms (9 beds), one with a double bed (2), one with two double beds (4) and one with a bunk double bed (3). On the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has a large property with a fireplace, trampoline, sandpit, slide and many corners. A stream with a bed of granite blocks runs through the property. Guest access Guests can use all the facilities of the house privately (the house is rented as a whole).
