Take advantage of all of our awesome amenities to create the perfect ski vacation for you and your family! Our condo offers more amenities than most other units in Telluride! We have a private ski locker in the garage to store your skis conveniently, covered garage parking, hot tub, PRIVATE group size steam room inside our unit, decks on both bedrooms, washer/dryer in unit, chair 7 and ticket office is just across the street, very large 2 bedroom so you and your group can space out, tons of games available and the list goes on! Parking: - We have a privately owned parking space in the covered parking garage below our unit that you will have access to your entire stay, making parking a breeze! - We can also register a second vehicle for A zone street parking for free. Ski Locker: - We have a ski locker in the garage that you can safely store your skis and gear in after a long day of skiing. Hot Tub: - Guests will have year round access to our condo's hot tub. This is a shared hot tub with the complex, but there are only a few units in our building so the hot tub is very private and usually not occupied by other tenants. Other things to note New Kitchen Appliances - We have all new kitchen appliances as of 12/1/2023! Pack and Play - We have a pack n play in our unit that you are welcome to use, please bring your own baby sheets & blankets. Please sanitize and put back after each use as we provide this item to guests to simplify travels! Monthly Bookings: - We do accept monthly bookings and have decreased our prices significantly for longterm stays! We suggest booking 30+ nights. Please reach out if you have any questions. Max 4 guests for monthly stays. Please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator. Guest must be comfortable going up 1 flight of stairs to access unit.
