The space Feel right at home! Apartment 1 is located on the top 2 levels of the house with amazing views over the ocean. This apartment can accommodate 4 people, and comprises of 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms as well as a spacious living area with balcony. The first bedroom is located on the middle floor and comprises of a queen-sized bed. The adjacent bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is on the top floor and is also furnished with a queen-sized bed. The en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet as well. Stairs must be climbed, hence this apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. Enjoy the open-plan living area & kitchen which flows out onto the balcony with braai. From here you can entertain, and enjoy the stunning sea views, all while sipping on your cocktails at sundown! The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven with a stove, a dishwasher, coffee machine, and many other appliances. The living area leads out onto a spacious covered balcony, which boasts a built-in braai area and patio furniture. The top floor also leads out to a balcony with incredible views over Outer- and Innerpool. Kick off your shoes & relax! Guest access Aloha at Point has 2 apartments: Apartment 1 is the holiday apartment whereas at the bottom we have Apartment 2 where our family lives with our 3 friendly small-sized dogs. Once inside the foyer, there are 2 doors leading to each apartment. The foyer also has a large chest of drawers which is packed with board games for the kids and adults and which are free for our gusts to use. Inside the Apartment 1, our guests will have access to everything , there are no shared facilities, shared kitchen or bathrooms. There are only a few wardrobe doors locked for private use. Other things to note The whole of the Mossel Bay Municipality is now experiencing load shedding like the rest of South Africa. However, Aloha at Point has been equipped with an inverter to power through those frustrating times with enough electricity to supply us with Wifi, TV, some lights and phone chargers. And here are a few more details about our beautiful area and tons of ideas of things to do: The property is part of the top-rated Point Village Estate and is ideally situated near the 2 famous surfing spots on your doorstep, a tidal pool for the kids, a selection of seafront restaurants, historic buildings, hiking trails as well as seaside walkways, museums, and novelty shops. A real jewel of a coastal town, just 390km east of Cape Town and the start of the famous Garden Route, Mossel Bay is packed with exciting activities for young & old. There are countless beaches to explore, ranging from popular family beaches, over idyllic splash beaches to thrilling surf spots.
