Basement is off limits, as it has full time residents Main floor & upstairs. Parking: Please use 2 car garage for parking or park on street in front of the house. Do not use additional parking pad beside house. 6 Seater golf cart available to rent while staying - $250 a day/$500 for entire stay up to a week. - $200 refundable damage deposit is required.
