La Petite Maison

La Petite Maison offers guests a peaceful yet stylish place to stay. With all of its own amenities it is both comfortable and practical. It also boasts its own garden space. A superb location with the nearest tram being a short walk (12 minutes) away providing links into Manchester city centre and Manchester Airport. It has a large bedroom with a king size bed and the living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed to allow the number of guests to increase to four. The space This gorgeous guesthouse is situated towards the back end of the garden of the main family home. It has a wonderful private back garden of it's own with outside seating area so that guests can enjoy their own space. The main room is a large open plan living space including a lounge area, dining area, dedicated work space and fully eqipped kitchen including hobs, oven and refrigerator. The lounge area has a large TV with freeview. The sofa turns into a comfortable double bed to accomodate any extra guests. At the back is a bedroom with king size bed, dressing table and wardrobe (with space for garments to be stored/hung). There is a bathroom with a stand alone shower. We reside at the main property and can be on hand for any questions you may have, but you are free to come and go as you please :) Guest access Access to the guesthouse is via a side passage to the right of the house through a secure gate. There is a short walk through the family garden to La Petite Maison. The guest house has a lock-box system for an easy self check-in for the guests.
