Room with beautiful view at Ca'Ligure

The space We built this small hotel with breakfast in my great-grandparents' house. There are 16 rooms. Some are large, others small, some with stone vaults and others without. All rooms have a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea. There is a stone porch, garden, swimming pool and private parking. We live on the hill of Ranzi, a hamlet of Pietra Ligure with 350 inhabitants. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the coast. Above the village, the woods begin and you can practice outdoor activities. A car is not essential, but it is highly recommended. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, the breakfast room at mealtime and on rainy days, the sitting area with TV (there are no TVs in the room), the parking lot, the porch and the garden. Other things to note The municipality has imposed an accommodation tax. The price per person per night is €0.70 for a maximum of €3.50 per stay. All guests aged 12 and over are subject to the tax.
