Beautiful, newly built house, less than one block to the UVA football stadium, and mere steps to campus! This house is the perfect treat for friends and family looking to spend the weekends at sporting events on Grounds, or days exploring Charlottesville and the enormous expense of activities the town and surrounding area have to offer. Visit wineries, breweries, and soak up the deep history that C'ville has to offer. The space Built just a few years ago, this house does not lack in character! Trey ceilings, wainscoting, wood floors and granite countertops-no expense was spared in creating this great space. The modern kitchen has all new appliances. Plenty of room, high ceilings and very clean. We have a hot tub being installed December 1, 2020, and a fire pit with extended patio and seating as well. As of October 31, 2020 there is a brand new king sized pull out sofa in the office space. We offer an air mattress, alongside two couches and a day bed for families to spread out whilst on vacation!! Guest access You get to enjoy the entire house! The house has two floors with two bedrooms on the first floor and three on the second level. The backyard is a spacious one acre lot perfect for barbecuing or tossing the football. We provide a gas grill and furniture to hang out on the front porch to people watch and furniture to sit out on the patio and back lawn. We now have a hot tub abs fire pit as well. Other things to note When you arrive at the property, I will be there to meet you and walk you through to show you the ins and outs of the home. At check out, I will be there to walk through so that your security deposit can be refunded to you asap! This home is my residence. I live in the apartment below the house that has a complete separate entrance. There is also sound proof insulation between the floors. I am a student and travel a lot so I am not there a lot. I do use the garage to keep my car in. I won’t be needing my car much, but I would appreciate your flexibility if /when the time comes if I would need to get out. I will give you advance notice.
