Welcome to one of our 6 rooms in this old school that has been completely renovated and now opens as a charming and affordable B&B. You will find us in beautiful Tuscany, just a few kilometers outside Lucca. From here, you have endless opportunities to explore all that this lovely area has to offer. Cycle in the Tuscan hills and discover nature, enjoy city life inside Lucca, or take a day trip to the beach, Pisa, or Florence. Or why not just hang out by the pool, enjoy and barbecue in the evening? :)) The space This 17-square-meter pink room with a private bathroom with shower and toilet is on the first floor and offers views of both the hills and the pool. For those traveling alone, there is the possibility of a better price, just ask. On the top floor, there is a cozy room of 20 square meters, and outside there is a small private space with a table and two chairs. Guest access You have access to all common areas, including terrace, garden, pool, outdoor kitchen, lounge areas and roof terrace. In addition, our private enclosed parking is offered at no extra charge. There's also a shared fridge and freezer available for use. A good breakfast buffet is included in the stay, making your experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
