Rental unit in Greater London

Welcome to my stylish, cozy and spacious 1 bed flat with a balcony. It has a big double bedroom, a comfy living room with a smart tv, a fully equipped kitchen, and a quiet balcony perfect for coffee... It is located on a main road but not facing the road so it's very quiet. Very well connected to all public transport. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment and it's 10 mins walk away from Bethnal Green. It is 2 mins away from Broadway Market, the coolest street market of London :) The space I've been living in this apartment for 4 years so it's fully equipped and it's at the heart of Hackney. The living room is spacious, it has an L shaped big sofa (can be used as a bed for one person). The smart TV has Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions. There is a sound bar for the perfect audio experience as well. There is a dining table in the living room that can host 6 people. There is also a writing desk with a banker lamp, quite inspiring place to work :) The bedroom is super quiet and it has sun blocking curtains which can turn the room to a perfect sleeping place. It has a reading light and lots of books. As I live in the flat when not renting it, the wardrobes and drawers have my belongings in them, but there is a hanging rail, hangers and some baskets for you to unpack your clothes and get settled in! The bathroom has a bath and a shower and plenty of hot water. I'll leave you fresh towels and the essentials - toilet paper, shower gel, soap, so you don't have to bring things with you. What else? The WiFi is super speedy London WiFi, the Central Heating works great if you visit in winter, and the windows open for a nice breeze through the flat if you visit in the summer (honestly, even with the windows open it's quiet!). There are many different lightning options in my cosy apartment as I don't like ceiling lights that much. I mostly use floor lamps, led lights with different color options and fairy lights :) It is a perfect place for a single stay or for couples who want to experience London in a very central but quiet and comfortable apartment. A note: There's a rail track nearby but it's hard to hear them when the window is closed in the bedroom, also they do not operate at nighttime. Guest access You will have full access to our home, including my private balcony. Other things to note Please be aware this is my home and I live here when not renting on AirBnB, so please enjoy my decor and our space but bear in mind that my belongings will be in the property. This is very much a real home and not a full-time professional rental!
