Our home is a simple house in Bairnsdale CBD. Last year we painted, put in new carpets, new curtains, new furniture with new linen, kitchen utensils etc. The house comes fully furnished, bills included (water, gas, electricity and unlimited wifi) There is a free washing machine - you have to buy your own washing powder and cleaning products and contribute to the cleaning of the house. There is a food truck operating from the front yard although it’s currently closed for renovations. The space We have a private room with 2 single beds available with build in robes, drawers / tallboy. It's got a fan and an oil heater and is the first room in the house. Please note: our listing says we have A/C, but the only A/C we have is located in the living room, not in the bedrooms (can't specify this anywhere). The great thing about living here is it's centrally located right in the heart of Bairnsdale CBD, short stroll to the shops, train station, cafe's, pubs etc. Lots of parking spaces (on the property as well as free on street parking). About the house: we are young professionals living/working in Bairnsdale. You’d be sharing the communal spaces with an international household; a pharmacist, physiotherapist and three WHV holders completing their regional work. We mostly keep to ourselves. Looking to rent out one of the four rooms. Ideally working professionals looking for temporary accommodation, people completing their 88 days or medical professionals on a locum. Looking for like-minded people; clean, hardworking and independent flatmates. Everyone needs to chip in keeping the house clean and also split expenses like toilet paper, cleaning products etc. Our place suits independent guests who can live on their own and self manage their stay. We do self check-in if we can't arrange a suitable time to meet (my husband and I are both employed and have an infant to look after so we need to juggle our time). The bedroom is private and lockable. You'll be the only person with the bedroom key so don't lock yourself out. Other things to note This accommodation is ideal for WHV visa holders, nursing students on a rotation, placement, working professionals looking for temporary accommodation or medical professionals on a locum.
