Come and relax, alone, with family or friends in this quiet and elegant studio in the center of Grau-du-Roi. Leave your vehicle in the garage that I make available to you and do everything on foot. You will be 2 minutes' walk from the right bank beach and 5 minutes' walk from all the shops and restaurants on the left bank. You will also find many seaside activities (jet ski, catamaran...) The space The accommodation has been completely renovated between June 2023 and today, and is improved as bookings and constructive remarks that you could make to me. It is 20 m2 and has been specifically designed to save space. At the entrance you will find a small wardrobe to hang some clothes. You will have in the accommodation a 140 x 190 foldaway bed and a Rapido sofa of the same size with a thicker mattress than the original for better comfort (pillows and duvets provided with their covers), a baby bed with mattress topper if necessary and a foldaway table for 4 people with high chair for your youngest children. A beautiful functional kitchen with everything you need (microwave, stovetop, hood, oven, L'or Barista coffee maker (capsules provided), toaster, kettle). You will also have a large 80x120 shower with shower gel and soap dispenser if necessary, there are 4 large 140x70 cm and 2 small 30x50 cm hand towels. For hot summer days you have a portable air conditioner. For the cooler nights of winter you have a radiator at the foot of the beds. For your comfort and your rare rainy evenings, you have a 55-inch TV screen with fiber, you will have access to your Netflix, Disney +, Prime Video and even Canal + accounts.
