The pastel house | Quiet house | Terrace | Garden | House completely renovated and carefully decorated in a bohemian and colorful style, located in the center of Brette-les-Pins, 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the city center of Le Mans. Great for a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends! The space 🏠 The house offers an open kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, microwave grill, 4-burner ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine). Nespresso capsules, tea and basic products (salt, pepper...) will be available. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix access and a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite music. Some children's books and games are also available. An office area will allow you to work quietly, while enjoying high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. As far as sleeping is concerned, in the living room you will find a comfortable and easily foldable sofa bed for two people (140 x 200 bed). The house also has a separate bedroom. It is equipped with a comfortable bed for two people (160 x 200 bed) as well as a wardrobe space to store your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity unit, backlit mirror and towel dryer. There is also a hair dryer available. The house has separate toilets with a washing machine area. There is also an iron and basic household equipment. 🪴 Outside you will find a large terrace, ideal for dining in good weather! A barbecue and garden furniture are available from April. Please note that charcoal is not provided. 🚘 As for parking, you will have a free space in the immediate vicinity of the house where you can park your vehicle. 👶 Finally, for the little ones, it is possible on request to have a high chair, a baby bed (provide the sheets) and a changing mat. 🧺 Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests (except baby bed linen). Guest access The house is independent and the entrance is completely autonomous via a key box provided. Other things to note The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the town center of Brette-les-Pins (10-minute walk), where you will find several shops (bakery, grocery store, bar-tobacconist, restaurant). ⚠️ Parties are not allowed in order to respect the immediate neighborhood. 🐶 Small pets (-5 kg) are allowed upon request.
