Please note the following points: 1. Getting to Bondo (from the airport) is very easy: it is located in Cartagena de Indias, in the Marbella neighborhood (Carrera 2A # 49-60), diagonally across from the letters “Cartagena.” If you would like to schedule your airport pickup service, please provide your flight number and the number of people. We will send you the final price. 2. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 1:00 p.m. We understand that changes may arise in your itinerary. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please let us know and we will check all possibilities to help you (subject to availability). 3. Colombian passengers pay VAT on accommodation (19%) at the establishment. 4. If you have friends and family visiting, they are allowed until 7:00 p.m. After this time, each visitor will be charged as an additional guest at a rate of $300,000 COP per night. All guests must register at the reception desk before entering. 5. Upon receiving the apartment or room, please check that everything is in order. If you need to report anything unusual, we appreciate you doing so immediately. 6. Please send a list of the people who will be staying in the apartment or room (name and ID number). 7. Parties and excessive volume from any type of device are prohibited. 8. Smoking is only permitted on our rooftop (13th floor) and cigarette butts/ashes must be disposed of in a container. 9. Caring for the environment is everyone's responsibility. We appreciate you turning off air conditioners, heaters, appliances, and lights when leaving the apartment. The above instruction is also for your safety. 10. If you stay on the balcony, we recommend closing the doors, as keeping them open creates a strong draft that can cause the front door to slam shut. 11. The apartment or room is delivered in a completely clean state. If you would like cleaning service during your stay, you can request it through this medium or at our reception desk. The cleaning service costs $60,000 COP (additional). 12Children and teenagers (0 months to 17 years old) must be registered in the company of their parents. If they are accompanied by a guardian, they must present a notarized permission from a notary public with copies of both parents' documents. 13. We know that your pet is your best friend, and we love that you visit Bondo together! There is a charge per night per pet of $60,000 COP. Please read our pet policy. 14. Pool hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On Tuesdays, we perform preventive maintenance (pool and Jacuzzi) and open at 10:00 AM. 15. To schedule a day pass or if you need any recommendations, please do not hesitate to contact us to coordinate all tour services to the Rosario Islands, Barú, and Tierra Bomba. We have agreements with the best beach clubs with guaranteed suppliers, restaurants, private sports boat rentals, and sunset beach plans in Cartagena Bay. You can store your luggage at reception and enjoy the rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi on our Solea Terrace. 2. Colombian guests pay the accommodation VAT (19%) at the property. Foreign guests must present their passport with an immigration stamp no older than 90 days. 4. If you have visiting friends and family, they are welcome until 7:00 pm. After this time, each visitor will be charged as an additional guest at a rate of COP $300,000 per night. All guests must register at reception before entering the property.
