Our stunning family-friendly farmhouse, offers the ultimate privacy in the most gorgeous panoramic back drop of the Yarra Valley, offering mountain views, garden views through out the home and property. What makes this property even more charming is the farm animals , including alpacas, sheep, goats, a miniature cow and horse. A stay perfect for families, people looking to escape the city buzz or even on a book club holiday! The space Charming in every sense, our sensational family home is set on 4 hectares of land and offers a dream escape in a tranquil country setting. Combining charm and beauty with delicate proportions, our home offers a spacious open plan design with the wood burning fireplace creating a relaxing setting. Whilst the space, is immersed in tranquility, there is plenty of activities and places to explore on the property. A fire pit well positioned for your entertainment, featuring beautiful mountain views and free roaming friendly alpacas in sight. If you fancy walks, a 5 minute walk to the paddocks have you gazing at our gorgeous farm animals who love a pat, against the back drop of the Yarra Valley. **Spa can be used as a plunge pool during the warmer months. Bedrooms: Our home compromises 5 bedrooms, offering luxury bedding (French linen) and thick towels for your comfort. Shampoo/Conditioner/Body cleanser/ Facial cleanser is provided-range by Grown Alchemist. All bedrooms have heating and each living area has a wall heater. There is room to add portacots and floor mattress on request. Our country-style kitchen features stunning mountain views, flowing through to the spacious sunlit meals zone taking in the uninterrupted view of the surrounding vistas. Airfryer is also provided! Our single open level home, offers 2 lounge areas with HDTV and netflix for your entertainment. Our propery offers starlink internet for your use. However is no free to air television , as there is no antenna connection. We love our coffee, and have designed a corner especially to sit, relax and taste the Nespresso with garden views! Guests have full access to the washing machine and dryer located in the home, free of charge. Parking On-site parking is available for up to 10 cars. Please note: Although our farm stay, is perfect for entertainment, this home is not a noise fueled party house. EPA Victoria have the right to penalise the property for excessive noise, therefore the house has the right to issue a $500 penalty to guests for excessive noise ***** strictly no unregistered guests permitted. A caretaker maybe sighted at rare times attending to the farm animals, this is at the paddock/ barn location near the entrance gate of the property. ***** one night stay enquiries are welcome subject to nature of stay and additional fee . Please message host your enquiry. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property excluding the paddocks, garage, barn and sheds. Please note that our farm animals are enclosed in their paddocks and guests are not permitted to open the paddock gates to get more close up encounters. This is to ensure guest safety as farm animals are big, sometimes don't have manners and can assert their dominance in painful ways! Children need to be supervised and in line of sight at all times on the property. Our animals are friendly and can be patted whilst you remain outside of their paddocks. Please also note that we have a dam in one of our fenced paddocks, and children should not be left unattended for them to explore these areas, which can be accessed by simply climbing over the fence. Other things to note Extra activities for the family: Your host is able to arrange hay feeding session with the farm animals for an additional fee.
