Town studio Viva

Studio in a center of Split. It is for 2 people. Close to everything. Beach is 15-20 min away, promenade only 100 meters away. The studio has a sofa, gallery with a double bed, kitchen, SAT tv, A/C, bathroom with shower.The district is Varos - the most popular part of Split! Marjan hill is also walking distance. The only thing is that the bed is on the gallery (photos) and you must take the stairs. We recommend this studio to younger guests. The space The studio is on the street level. Its not on the first floor but its on the ground floor. The kitchen is basic but has all you need while you are there, food markets are very near. The sofa in the living room is across large smart TV, there is AC in the room and bathroom with shower. The bed is up on the gallery and you must clime the stairs so we recommend this space to younger people. so far, we rented this studio with another site...and have a lot of reviews, this is the first year that we rent this space with airbnb. We have another apartment (Town house Viva) above this studio that we rent for a very long time only with airbnb. Guest access studio, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom...
