Big Sur is a 30-45 minute drive south on Coastal Highway 1. Distance from the property to; Knob Hill Grocery Store 0.3 miles (5 minutes walk). Cannary Row (Aquarium) 0.5 miles ( 7 minutes walk). Short walking distance to Churches in Monterey and Pacific Grove. Guest access The two bedrooms are towards the rear of our single level home. There are a half a dozen steps up from the sidewalk and again onto the front Monterey Bay partial view porch deck...with chairs and small table. The Master Bedroom has a full bathroom adjacent the bedroom (not in the room). There is another full bathroom adjacent the living area...for a short trip in the middle of the night serving the smaller bedroom. There is plenty of street parking (no fee or parking restrictions), almost always right in front of our home. You will be walking distance to Cannery Row (5 minute walk) and downtown Old Monterey (15-20 minute walk along the paved waterfront walk/bike path), where events are ongoing throughout the year. Pebble Beach is a 5-10 minute drive away.
