Just near Awesome Hotel or Final Option (search on G. Maps to know more about the place). You can G. Maps or Waze to get to the place. Search: Dumanon Ka The house is a duplex. Every unit has 2- floor with parking space. 1st floor is where the living room and kitchen with dining area, 1 toilet & bath are located; 2nd floor is where the 2 rooms and another toilet & bath are. The rooms are located in a private room that is air-conditioned and has bunk beds with double and single beds, as well as free WiFi access. Room 1: can accommodate up to 12 pax. Room 2: can accommodate up to 6 pax. Kitchen - It's also have complete kitchen wares such as utensils and cooking equipment to prepare your meals. The living room has a smart TV connected to the internet good for lounging and relaxing after a tiring beach day. Parking space is available. Other things to note Beddings, Pillows, Blankets, Towels, hand soap and tissue are also provided but toiletries aren't provided. Free 1 Drinking water. (slim square water container). HOUSE RULES: Standard check in time is 2:00PM, and standard check out is by 12:00 NN. Security deposit: 1,000php/unit. Any damages caused by the guests shall be deducted from the security deposit. (REFUNDABLE AFTER CHECK-OUT). FYI, Early check-in and late check-out is allowed subject for approval and additional P250/hr. **Units shall be in the same condition as it was upon check in, and shall be inspected upon check out.
