With a corner unit location, Ly's House has 2 ventilation corridors that are opposite each other, airy and is the largest 1-bedroom apartment of CSJ Tower 169 Thuy Van. Fully equipped like a family, Ly's house is perfectly suitable for a family of 4. The space With an area of 74m2, Ly's House offers: - The bedroom has a spacious hallway where you can sit and drink coffee in the early morning, 1 bed 1m6, 1 bed 1m2, desk, bookcase, wardrobe... - Spacious living room with direct view to Hon Ba, TV with YouTube, Netfit, high speed Internet, sofa bed, English & Vietnamese bookcase... - The kitchen area is equipped with a Japanese domestic Hitachi, a set of pots and pans of Circulon brand, a refrigerator, dishes, glasses, utensils, complete cooking spices. - Toilet with shower, shampoo, makeup remover, tampon... - Spacious balcony can sit and drink coffee every morning, evening... We take care of this second house with the hope that our family will have a comfortable stay here and fully equipped like the house we are living in. Treat it like your home, it's clean and tidy so make sure it's in the same order as it was found :) Guest access As a guest of Ly's House, you can use the facilities of the apartment and the building such as: - Bedroom, living room, kitchen area, coffee lounge, garden & swimming pool (5th floor), bathroom utensils, standing wardrobe (except for the drawers opposite the bed where items are stored) family individual)... - Complimentary tea, coffee, instant noodles, 2 bottles of mineral water placed above the refrigerator. - Sugar, rice, cooking spices... are all available so you can prepare delicious meals right at Ly's House. - There is no hour restriction, guests can freely come in and out of the apartment at anytime during the stay. Other things to note - In order to facilitate your check-in and ensure the security of the building, all guests are required to inform us of their check-in and check-out times and to email us the appropriate documentation. guests' relatives so that we can register with the building reception in advance. - Check-in time after 14:00 and check-out time before 12:00 of the next day.
