This is a private apartment located inside the historic home with access to the common areas including fire pit, desk, sitting area, porch, etc. This beautiful home comes fully furnished with desk, beautiful furnishings and king size bed. The kitchen and bathroom are both newly renovated with new appliances and cabinetry in the kitchen and updated bathroom. Original flooring throughout! The space Welcome to Greenwood Manor, built in 1880. This was the original home of Colonel Murrell built on site, with all lumber being milled from the property itself. Your new home is located on the 2nd floor to the left when you enter the top of the stairwell. There are 5 totally separate apartments in the home. When you enter your new home, you are greeted with a large living area including the newly installed kitchen finished with quartz countertops and backsplash! Your kitchen has built-in spice racks, pots and pan holders, digital toaster, Ninja 10 cup coffee maker, and new appliances. The living area also has an expandable antique table that's sides lift to give you the perfect amount of dining space for 2 people. Both rooms have large smart tvs with ESPN Plus included!! The living room TV also is equipped with a swivel mount for easy viewing from anywhere in the room. Please note, only 3 tvs can stream ESPN at once so please do not stream on both tvs at once. This is shared with our other airbnbs. Off of the living room, there is shelf storage in the hall leading to the master bedroom. Inside the master bedroom, you have a large king-size bed with a double sidded mattress, which allows you to have firm on one side and medium firmness on the other side depending on your needs. Remote reading lights have been installed for your nightly reading needs and a beautiful antique desk and chair for catching up on those afternoon emails. There is a smaller reach in closet for hanging your clothes. The master bathroom has been completely renovated and rearranged to allow for a walk-in shower and antique dresser that has been restored and adjusted to accommodate the marble vessel sink and bathroom storage for you. Unfortunately, all fireplaces in the home were sealed up by previous owners, so please do not try to use them. Laundry is a shared laundry off the middle stairs landing going up/down the stairs. Guest access All interior and exterior common areas are welcome for all to enjoy! Each rental has their own digital locks to ensure the utmost privacy when inside your home. Other things to note This is an historic home and can have quirks. All flooring is original, with little to no creeking.
