Our home is a cozy and inviting space that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The property features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. With plenty of natural light and an airy atmosphere, our home is ideal for professionals and exchange students who wish to spend some months in Thessaloniki. It is conveniently located near the city centre and the university campus, with easy access to bus stops. The space The house is designed to provide all the comforts for long-term stays, even for several months. Enjoy the amenities of high-speed internet, air conditioning, autonomous heating, and the convenience of using a dishwasher and a washing machine during your stay. The living room features a seating area with two sofas, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and kettle. The master bedroom offers a King Size bed with a mattress topper for a better sleeping experience, while the second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Guests can make use of two double-door closets. The balcony offers a delightful view of Agios Therapon Park, with the sea visible in the background. Guests have easy access to both the center of Thessaloniki and the new waterfront, as there are bus stops nearby (Numbers 11, 12, and 30).
