We offer this individual studio for your getaways in Lorient. It is very well located, in a quiet area 200 m from the Voie Verte, allowing you to reach the sea on foot or by bike. The first shops & restaurants are 800 m away The nearest bus stop is 650 m away The city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car or bus This is an outbuilding of our house, so you'll have everything you need at your disposal, however we're available when needed. The space Our accommodation is a 16 m2 studio NO COMMON/SHARED SPACE = ENTIRE ACCOMMODATION! You'll have your own independent entrance. The living room/bedroom is composed of: - "Rapido" sofa bed with a real mattress. - Equipped kitchen (cutlery, plates, cups...) - 2-burner stovetop - 1 fridge with freezer - 1 filter coffee maker - 1 microwave/oven - 1 TV The bathroom includes: - Shower - Sink - Toilet The two doors leading to our house are locked, you are in this studio at home! The washing machine is in our house, if you want to wash laundry, contact us. Guest access You have access to the entire studio, and it is independent of our home; there are no common areas. We live in the rest of the house. If necessary, we can leave you our driveway to park your car when you arrive/depart, then you can park the vehicle on the street for free.
