Charming townhouse w. garden in heart of Brussels

We're renting out our spacious three-story house, a fine exemple of Brussels "maison de maître"from the beginning of the 20th century. The house is full of grandeur and charm, with its 4,5 m high ceilings adorned with intricate cornicing and is furnished with mid-century furniture and art. The spacious walled garden (18mx7m) is a leafy, private and peaceful oasis in the heart of Brussels. We are very close to many striking art nouveau architecture examples Grand Place is a 20 min-walk away. The space UPDATE: from mid-February 2026 the house will have a 3rd bathroom. The house is close to Brussels historical center and very well connected with public transport, 6 minutes from Brussels North train station, buses and trams a few steps away up the street, conveniently taking you everywhere. It is located in a very lively neighbourhood, a few minute-walk from some of the most beautiful art nouveau architecture examples in Brussels (av. Louis Bertrand, etc.) and neo Renaissance buildings (the Schaerbeek town hall, etc.). Spacious living rooms are spread out on the ground floor, along with the dining room and the kitchen. The bedrooms are spread out between the 1st, the 2nd and the 3rd floor (no bedroom on the ground floor). The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and basic ingredients (spices, oil, etc.) to cook. We have Bialetti coffee machines of different sizes, kettle, toaster, blender, liquifier, electric juicer, toastie maker, etc. The spacious garden (18mx7m) is a very private, leafy and peaceful oasis in the heart of Brussels. For babies and toddlers: we provide a baby crib and a high chair. A Miele washing machine is available for a flat rate of 20 EUR per stay to be paid upon arrival. There is a TV, a selection of board games and a projector to watch movies on a very large screen. Guest access You will be renting the entire house, nobody else will be there. Other things to note We try to be flexible with check-out whenever possible (on Sunday for instance it is often possible to stay until 5 pm). This needs to be agreed with me as it depends on following occupancy.
