Book your stay in this spacious single-story home, on a dead-end street. Large home with plenty of space to entertain. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large living area, and a dining area. Outdoor space includes a patio, garden, and pond that you can enjoy during your stay. The house is in an excellent location, close to the Southgate Mall, Tukwila Light Rail, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (3 miles away!!), and 15mins from Downtown Seattle. Please note that my place has NO A/C. Sorry! The space The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 recently remodeled bathrooms. The master bedroom features a queen mattress and an attached master bathroom. The other two bedrooms have full beds. There is a main bath that is shared with the common areas. The dining room is furnished with a table that can seat up to 6 people. The living room area is very spacious with plenty of room for up to 8 people. There is an additional sleeping room in the den. The den features a large desk area for those who work remotely and a twin daybed as extra sleeping space. There is plenty of space for a group of 8 to fit in comfortably. Guest access You will be sent a code on the day of your reservation to enter the home. There are two parking spots that guests can use in front of the house that can be used by guests. Other things to note There is no central cooling (AC).
