Giant, 4 bedroom, 2,300 square feet apartment on 2nd floor, near Red Line Train, bars, cafe's, shopping, restaurants, Lakefront and everything else Chicago has to offer. Large living room with bar area, TV and fridge for socializing before hitting the town. Dining room has a large table and 8 chairs. 4 bedrooms with 2 private rooms with king beds and one with a double bed. 4 futons for in the living room for extra sleeping space two (2) parking spots in the west facing garage on premises. The space Built in 1893 as a single family home for an affluent Chicago banker. Built after the Great Chicago Fire, the foundation and façade limestone was sourced from quarries in Bedford, Indiana. The 3rd floor was originally a ballroom, used for entertaining guests. Over the past 128 years the place has taken many shapes and now has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen and large living room with 4 futon beds, plenty of seating, a bar, HDTV's, wifi, laundry, fridge and cool decorations. Guest access Mostly just the apartment, but there is a nice, bistro-like area in the backyard for people who want to smoke or just enjoy some outdoors. Other things to note There are neighbors who live in the apartment below. This means you'll need to be considerate of noise late at night or early morning. Please be respectful of them.
