Full kitchen, patio, picnic table, off street parking. Gear storage in attached garage. Teton view fr driveway. Walk to coffee, shops, restaurants, etc. Grocery in town. Yellowstone 55 Miles, Grand Teton 76 M, Ashton/Tetonia St Park Trail 1 M, Henry's Fork River 3 M, Warm River 8 M, Mesa Falls 12 M, Harriman Park 18M. The space Single level home features large eat-in kitchen with all the amenities and seating for seven. Washer & dryer, drying rack. Breakfast nook with work space. Wifi throughout. Living room with wall mounted smart TV, comfortable seating, propane stove and room fan. Bedrooms include Bedroom with Queen Bed, Bedroom with Double Bed & Bedroom with Two Single Beds. Every bedroom has closet, dresser, mirror, luggage stand, cell phone chargers, and portable heaters and fans. Additional sleeping space available in small office on Queen sofa bed with mattress topper. Bathroom has single stall shower features limitless hot water from tankless water heater, lots of shelf space, numerous towel hooks. Childrens room has closet, coat hooks, cubbies, place for shoes & boots, table, chairs, small couch, and toys, games and books for children. Large yard is fenced (4 ft high), and there are dog doors into house. There is a patio and gravel area, fire pit and picnic table. There is a large paved driveway for off street parking, but please no parking in garage. Guest access All rooms in the home are for the exclusive use by guests. Patio and yard are for guests. There is a large paved driveway. If I'm in town my truck will be parked on the side of the driveway. Other things to note Since dogs are allowed in the home, people with allergic reactions to dogs may want to book elsewhere. I often stay in my RV parked on the driveway behind the garage. This RV is not visible from the back yard or house. Please do not park in the garage. Your gear can be stored there. Please remove shoes/boots in recreation room before entering kitchen so as to not track in dirt, snow and ice melt. Consider bringing slippers or other footwear for indoors. No smoking or vaping, etc. If you have a spill on a rug, kindly use the carpet spray under the kitchen sink to clean it. Guests are responsible to pay for toilet and sewer cleanout if the clog is due to inappropriate use (items other than toilet paper). DOG PEOPLE Poor pups get anxious from being left behind in an unfamiliar environment. When you are absent, I Require that dogs are either confined to Your crate, or to the Children's Play Room (see pics). The room has a couch and access to the yard through two dog doors. If there are accidents, your thorough cleaning is imperative. Bring your own dog beds since dogs are not allowed on couches, easy chairs, or beds. Yard cleanup is required before check out. The fence is four feet high. The gate facing Highland St has a gap on the bottom. If you have a tiny dog, there are boards next to the propane tank to close the gap.
