The Hollies is a superbly charming, traditional 18th century brick and flint end terraced property, that still possesses many of its original features. While times have changed, The Hollies remains as a characterful property that has benefitted from sympathetic styling and the addition of complimentary facilities. This is especially the case in the garden room, where you have space to enjoy dinner, relax with friends, or just take in the peace and quiet of the former orchard garden. Inside the main house, you have the choice of a sitting room featuring wood burning stove, the second floor den room with games and Smart television, or the dining room. Three quiet and comfortable bedrooms are located on the first floor, all of which are dressed with high-quality white linens. The master bedroom hosts a grand king-size bed, the second bedroom offers twin beds, and third bedroom hosts a king-size bed. These bedrooms are served by a family bathroom, accessed from the same landing. An additional shower room is located on the ground floor. Outside, the peaceful garden is a great sun trap, and is home to various fruit trees. A patio area is accessible from the garden room, and offers comfortable outdoor seating plus a dining table, making it a great place to for entertain into the evening.
