Guest access The home is with private heated saltwater pool, hot tub and tropical landscaping. We are located easy access to the beaches, downtown, all shopping - close to shopping Outlets & restaurants. Guests have access to everything except the garage, which is reserved for maintenance only. They can enjoy the backyard, pool, and hot tub , as well as the entire house, front yard, and BBQ grill. Other things to note We’re thrilled to host you and want you to have an amazing stay! To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, please review and follow the rules below: ✅ General Rules Absolutely NO smoking / NO vaping / NO weed inside the house ! Penalty to break this rule is $500- & nightly charge for the nights we can't host because of smell ( lost revenue)! Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. 🐾 Pets Well-behaved dogs only (2 max, must be pre-approved - listed on reservation ). Please clean up after your pet indoors & outdoors. No pets on beds or furniture unless covered with your own blanket. Do not leave pets unattended unless crated. No parties or events. Registered guests only. 🏊‍♂️ Pool & Hot Tub Use at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. NO diving, NO jumping , NO glass, or rough play in/around pool or hot tub ! Please shower before using the pool or hot tub 💧 Outdoor Area Please dry off before entering the house. Dry out pool towels outoutdoor lounge area . Clean up food, drink spills, and pet waste to keep the area fresh. 💡 Just a Few More Check-out instructions will be sent before your departure. Report any damages immediately—accidents happen! To heat pool above set 82F wil be extra charge . Hot tub fee for propane applies . Heating hot tub is optional, so its not included in nightly rate . Pool heat / or to heat hot tub is propane heat. Very fast and effective , but also very costly. According to Gas company it takes anywhere from 3- 4 gallons per hour for propane. Hot tub $39. - per night propane usage fee
