The space This unit has a window air conditioner in the bedroom and in the main room. it has central heat. Due to the apartment being smaller, it gets warm very quickly so please set to reasonable setting as to not keep disturbing the thermostat. We hire an outside cleaning service between reservations. They thoroughly clean after each guests so we can guarantee a clean Airbnb. With each Turn over they supply brand new sheets and all the basic toiletries you need for your stay. The cleaning fee includes the turnover of the entire unit, new and fresh linens/towels, and all consumables like shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, basic cleaning supplies, trash bags etc. Paper towels are not always included. If for some reason the unit is not up to standard please let us know immediately, since it is outsourced we need to let the company know. We know that human error is possible so we will take actions necessary to see that your stay is the one that is promised. Along with a strict no parties and/or no events in the unit, we do not allow any kind of smoking at all. No smoking in the unit or in the building. Any smoking of any kind will result in the guest paying fees, and/or being asked to leave. - All guests need to be attentive to the house rules during their stay as there are other tenants at the property. - Please no shoes in the apartment. - Bring keys with you when leaving the unit as not to get locked out. - Be careful when opening any windows. - Garbage can be taken out through the front door and into the alley to the right of the building. - Maintain cleanliness throughout the apartment during the entirety of your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. None of the spaces are shared with other guests or other people. There is no one that lives above you. You will be sent check-in instructions the day before your check-in. The itinerary also has step-by-step instructions for you as well.
