The spacious front yard offers a lovely view of Lookout Mountain. 🍂Please note that the pool is closed from October through April. Other things to note 🏊🏼‍♂️The pool technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the pool. He will access the backyard via the side gate, handle pool care, and avoid entering the home. 🚘The driveway is gravel and accommodates up to 4 regular-sized cars (no large trucks). Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and any potential damage to the property or landscaping. 🏡The home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests, which works best with some children included. There is an additional fee of $10 per person (including children) for any guests beyond 6. 🛏️The home features three bedrooms: the Master bedroom with a King bed, a secondary bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an additional twin bed. 🤫Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, as there are other homes in the area.
