The space A French oak super-king bed, 50" UHD TV, superfast fibre wifi, 19c armoire wardrobe, wooden shutters and other charming period features are paired with a modern kitchenette and shower-room. The kitchenette facilities comprise an under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave-oven, toaster, kettle, sink, crockery and utensils. A table and two chairs are situated in the window alcove of the kitchenette. The shower room includes and overhead rain shower and a hand held attachement and is accessed via sliding door with latch lock. Guest access The ground floor apartment consists of a spacious bedroom, eat-in kitchenette and shower-room. Access is via a shared lobby from which your own entrance is secured by means of an electronic key pad with internal night latch. Please note the front door has two steps up from street level. Other things to note The high storage cupboards and sliding ladder shall be locked and are not intended for guest usage. The rear sash window in the kitchenette opens to 100mm but the large sash in the bedroom is inoperable and cannot be opened. Please do not bring bikes, surfboards etc into the apartment - you must store your outdoor gear in your vehicle. Please do not rinse wetsuits in the shower or sink as the sand blocks up the pipes.
