The space The space: Downstairs offers fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar (coffee machine & Keurig), full bathroom with deep soaking tub and shower. Hand soap, wash cloths, towels, shampoo, and body wash provided. Paper products- toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Dining room, living room with TV (Roku), and additional sitting area with work station finish off the downstairs area. Wifi is provided. There are multiple board games in the closet in the sitting area. Work station of desk and chair are also located in the sitting area. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs, each with a queen bed, bureau, and nightstands. Please note that the stairs are fairly steep and may be difficult for those with mobility limitations. Half bath upstairs is off one of the bedrooms. One bedroom has a closet with hangers. Window air conditioning is available in each bedroom and the dining room in the summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom. Free washer & dryer are in the hallway outside of the bedrooms. Laundry pods are provided. The driveway has space for multiple vehicles. The back yard is partially fenced in. Enjoy a meal on the picnic table or a fire in the fire pit. Firewood is provided. Guest access Entire house is accessible except for basement and supply closet off from master bedroom.
