Craftsman style home overlooking Madras with views from Mt Hood to Mt Bachelor. Large backyard with grass for additional tents if needed. Private Suite with outside entrance. Full Cascade Mountain views from Mt Hood, Mt Jefferson and the Three Sisters. Great location to fish the Deschutes (15 miles), Smith Rocks (25 miles), Lake Billy Chinook / Cove Palisades (15 miles), Erickson's Aircraft Collection (2 miles), Bend (44 miles) and Sisters (45 miles). The space The "Two Room Guest Suite has a separate entrance and no shared facilities. Suite has a full kitchen, dishwasher, island and cookware. The bedroom has a queen bed and a 42" flat screen smart TV. The main area has the complete kitchen, island serves as work or eating space, furnished for relaxing. Each room has Cascade Mountain views, covered patio and outside door access. Camping options are available under certain conditions with rental of the suite. Laundry room is available for those staying longer, based on need. Guest access Guests enter on the patio with a lock box with guest parking for one or two cars. The guests do not share any areas in the residence unless needed or special requests. Patio area is open to backyard with private table and chairs for enjoying the outside air and sunsets. Some nights a backyard camp fire adds to the special evening as you wrap up your day of work or play. Do not be surprised if you must share the yard with deer upon your arrival, they move off usually. Washer and Dryer is available for longer term guests.
