Lovely modern 2 bed. 1st floor apartment, situated right next to the recently renovated beautiful pool, only 10 secs away! Fabulous new kitchen, shower and very modern furniture, fully equipped including a dishwasher, TV with excellent wifi. There is a lovely open large balcony area, overlooking the green area of palm trees.Upstairs on the very private rooftop terrace, furniture and sun beds plus a large bbq. Fully air conditioned, including the living room and bedrooms, a very rare find. The space 1 double bed, 2 x Single Beds (All air-conditioned and included in the price) Very modern shower room Open plan modern kitchen and a lovely living area, which then leads onto the first balcony/ terrace, an ideal place for breakfast. Guest access Great access to the comunal 3 tier pool, literally right at the bottom of the apartment. The pool is only for the community and by key only which is held in the apartment. So in the summer it’s only 10 seconds to the pool! Other things to note Meet and greet service is available free of charge between 9am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Out of hours meet and greet fees, depending on the timings are payable to my agent who will do their best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, being Spain, they charge an extra 30 euros for a Saturday or Sunday check in or out, payable directly to them. But that’s Spain for you, but given than the apartment is fabulous and it is worth that little bit extra. Please note if you use English Plugs there are plenty of adapters already in the apartment.
