The space Lots of parking with easy access to the property. The main floor contains a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom, laundry room, large family room with dining room and breakfast area exiting to the outside patio and backyard. 2nd floor contains 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom and a large game room with pool table, ping pong, packman machine, poker table, basketball and other games. Guest access The guests will be provided with the entry codes before their arrival. There is no access to the indoor garages and one room in the main floor (all are locked and private). There are 2 homes on the property. The lower cottage is not for use and is occupied by the owner. The guests shall not enter the locked and private areas. Life jackets are in the pool area and in a box on the dock. No more than two persons on the paddle boat and canoe and not to be used without life jackets. Owner does not accept any liability for the use of pool, canoe, boats and swimming in the lake be the guests whatsoever. Other things to note You will be provided with a code for the front door lock and the alarm system two hours before checking in. Detailed Instructions about the home and its facilities, where to buy food and other tipss, and wifi code is posted on the left wall when you enter the home. Please note that the hot tub in the pictures is not operational and not included in the listing. The pool will be operational only from June 1st to September 30th during the year.
