Our stylishly decorated vacation home is located in a sloping landscape between Bad Bentheim and Rheine. From the house, you have an unobstructed view of fields. Nearby, there are nature reserves with lakes where you can take a nice walk or bike ride. This region has been voted the best cycling location in Nordrhein Westfalen. 3 km away, you can find shops, bakeries, nice restaurants and swimming pools. The space Our modernly furnished vacation home is located on the 1st floor and has its own entrance. In the garden, there is a table with four chairs and a parasol. There is a cozy living room with open kitchen, which is equipped with an electric cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle and an air fryer. In the living room, there is a two-seater sofa, two comfortable armchairs, TV and a dining table with four chairs. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, a walk-in shower and a bathroom cabinet. On this floor, there are also two fully furnished bedrooms, each with two comfortable box spring beds with mattress topper, which are combined into a double bed. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are included. Guest access You have access to the hall, landing, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. Other things to note Due to allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed. Towels and bedding are included. We do not have facilities for small children and babies. Our vacation home is not available for workers. For a fee, there are two normal bicycles for rent: one women's bicycle and one men's bicycle.
