Maison CoBrun is a 2-minute walk from the paradisiacal coves of Méjean and Magaud. It offers panoramic views of the blue waters of the Mediterranean. Nestled 50 m above the water, in a peaceful environment, far from the summer hustle and bustle, you can walk down to cool off in the crystal-clear waters of the coves or enjoy water activities. The location is convenient, close to amenities, 15 minutes from Toulon train station, while remaining quiet & away from the city. The space Labeled 3-star furnished tourist accommodation and fully air-conditioned, Maison CoBrun has been recently renovated in a Shabby Chic style. Stone walls covered with waterproof rough plaster and stone floors preserve the original authenticity. With an area of 110 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and extends over two levels: ground floor and attic floor. The garden level houses an independent studio for 2 people, also available for rent via this site. GARDEN AND EXTERIORS The restanque garden is decorated with Mediterranean species and has 2 terraces on the ground floor: - A terrace dedicated to the dining room with Weber gas barbecue and large convivial table, adjoining the kitchen. - A terrace offering a relaxation area. A mosquito repellent limits their proliferation. AMENITIES The house is equipped with all modern comforts: traditional oven, microwave, induction cooktop, American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine etc. It has a laundry room with washing machine and ice maker. A crib and high chair can be provided on request. All bedrooms have mosquito nets, and new and comfortable mattresses. GROUND FLOOR Direct access to the garden and 2 furnished terraces. It includes: - Equipped kitchen open to the living room with access to the south terrace. A large convivial table allows you to eat meals facing the sea. - Living room with sofas and adjustable sunshades creating a soothing shade for hot summer afternoons. - Double bedroom (160 x 200) with large closet and south terrace access. - Small bedroom with single bed and access to the north terrace. - Bathroom with bath and shower. - Suspended toilet with hand washbasin. Note: the living room stove is intended for heating and works properly only in low outdoor temperatures. Its use is possible in winter. ATTIC FLOOR Access by wooden staircase, then a landing and a mezzanine overlooking the living room. It houses: - Bedroom with office space and 2 single beds (80 x 200), opening to the living room through an interior window and a Venetian blind. The last bedroom is accessed through the mezzanine: - Last bedroom: double bed (140 x 190), office space, private bathroom in the slope (low height) with bathtub and suspended toilet The house has the following defects: - The house is not suitable for people with disabilities due to access by outdoor stairs and the presence of internal stairs. - The interior staircase leading upstairs is steep. Young children must be accompanied. - The sloping floor has limited ceiling heights in some places, especially in the private bathroom. - Manipulating the shade sail from the north terrace and parking lot may require a good physical condition, but maneuvers are necessary in windy weather.
