The living room features a luxurious leather sectional with electric recliners, a gas fireplace, and a beautifully crafted built-in wall unit housing a 65-inch smart TV adorned with elegant Native American décor. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, highlighted by striking Western-themed statement pieces such as buffalo and cattle skulls and a dreamcatcher. With bar seating, a dinette overlooking the pool and pastures, and a large dining table that seats six, this space is ideal for creating memorable meals and moments. The bedrooms are designed with comfort and privacy in mind, each offering private access to full bathrooms. The master suite on the main level includes a king-size bed and an expansive en-suite with a two-person shower, double vanity, and private toilet. Another bedroom on the main level offers a queen bed and private access to a shared full bathroom. Upstairs, the second-level master suite is a versatile space with a king-size bed, queen bed, twin bed, full bath, and walk-in closet, perfect for accommodating families or larger groups. For entertainment, the garage has been transformed into a fun kids' play area with a ping-pong table. Please do not bring Quads, ATVs, Golf carts or any other pieces of equipment to ride around on the property. We do not want to incur the damage or liability associated with these. Other things to note Our pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Please note our neighborhood is located along the CSX rail lines. This is an active rail line. The number of trains varies per day. The locals have grown used to the noise associated with the trains and we don't even notice them. However, you will hear trains and whistles as the tracks are across the road from our property. The train traffic slows down significantly at night. If you are a light sleeper and your goal is to sleep much of the day this may not be the place for you. With that said, if you are a moderate to heavy sleeper, we feel you will have no issues. We also supply numerous items to insure even the lightest of sleepers can get sleep. The bedrooms are equipped with white noise machines and ear plugs for the lightest of sleepers.
