This is a basement apartment that’s completely private and quiet, featuring its own entrance and private yard space. Please note that the reservation is restricted to registered guests only. While the property is beautiful and it may be tempting to invite others over, visitors who are not on the reservation are strictly prohibited. 🚫 Other things to note The property manager will message you our house info and manual please read it thoroughly to avoid check in or stay issues or concerns. Because this is a private property only up to 4 registered guests are allowed per reservation, along with a maximum of 2 vehicles. For safety and verification purposes, a photo ID, names of registered guests and the license plate numbers of the vehicles will be requested before check-in.
